Abby is considered the go-to person for creating peer networks and communities of practice, for the purpose of knowledge-sharing and collaboration. She is recognized for excellence in facilitation and training, and is sought by facilitators to coach them on meeting design and facilitation.
Since 2001 Abby has served as President of the Boston Facilitators Roundtable. She has developed a thriving, collegial community and has increased the membership by over 80%. Members attribute the success of the BFR to Abby’s leadership, which has led to the BFR’s distinction across New England as a world-class organization.
